    Enforcement team confusion


    Just need some clarification from the enforcement team. So I got my second an in 2 weeks, but have been gaming with Xbox for 10+ years. My first ban is understandable, for I used profanity and the such. My second ban I believe is unwarranted and actually
    goes against what the enforcement team believes in. In the short quiz I had to take to file a claim, I missed a question which asked if smack talkenis permitted in multiplayer games. The answer was true when I put false! In my case report however, it said
    that my talk was rude, even if I was smack talk... A complete contradiction. Keep in mind, I didn't initiate the argument or use ANY profanity. Nothing even remotely personal either. So please change your rules and make them more clear. I'm leaving Xbox and
    switching to PS4, however, I'd like to sparensome trouble for the next poor soul

    Sorry for any confusion,

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums anymore. They used to at one time, but now operate and communicate through the Case Review process. So if you've filed a Case Review and it was upheld, there's nothing that can be done.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. According to the suspension you've posted, it will be lifted on November 28.
    what about the permanent suspension impact?

    Oh, apology for the confusion. Xbox enforcement team does not look back in time when reviewing an account for potential violations of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. They generally focus on the most recent activity on the account, and any current violations that have occurred.
    Incorrect.

    The enforcement team do look at past suspensions when deciding the length of a new suspension,no matter how far back those enforcement actions go.

    Yeah I understand this is the issue for the enforcement team. I am really not looking for anyone to do anything here, I just wanted to share this with everyone. Enforcement team won't do anything because we are not to post anymore on the forums, we are to
    apply for a review directly from our personal enforcement page, except the apply for review link is nowhere to be found on the enforcement page. Very confusing.
