    Hey Im still on Xbox 360, proud member for 13 years and without a mic for nearly two so it surprises me how quick I got a temporary ban considering that on Black Ops 2 for the past year or so there has been nothing but modders cheating, freezing xboxes,
    DDoS'n and resetting stats daily without any consequences.

    And however many reports I've made, I still see the same gamertags every time I sign on. Yet when I text one of these cheaters a single bad word out of frustration [Mod Removed-Profanity] I get a suspension for 24 hours within minutes when
    ironically much worse vulgarity has been spewed in the CoD community. So please clarify to me since the enforcement team makes it nearly impossible to contact them... Is modding/cheating and DDoSing ok and bad words not?

    Thank you for your response. I too have reported the modder and hope something gets done. I thought modded xboxes would get noticed much quicker but I guess I was wrong. Is there a way to send recorded evidence?

    No. The enforcement team does not accept any video evidence, but they have access to everything they need already.

    Modding and cheating are also against the code of conduct, but it most likely takes them longer to investigate those situations whereas bad words are pretty easy to spot. As long as you are filing complaints on those people, the enforcement team are investigating
    them and will take appropriate action.

    Ddos attacks are not done through Live, so the enforcement team can't actually enforce anything on those people unless they do something through the Live service. If you are the victim of a Ddos, you should contact your ISP.

    Sometimes it's a communication suspension and sometimes it's a full suspension. That's up to the enforcement team.

    There is no way to communicate with the Enforcement Team unless you have a suspension. If you have a suspension then you should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.
