    Enforcement Team: Communication Ban!


    So, the other day I got reported and banned, because I defended myself in a COD lobby. That's heaps sick! But, over 12hrs off my ban, and my communications is STILL not working, (well party chat). Heaps annoying when I am trying to get a decent game of
    zombies going. Tried all the suggestions. Unplugging, blocking/unblocking in settings, hard resetting. EVERYTHING! Basically, I just want my account back. Please please please help me!!!!

    Meaningless Suspension

    The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

    Communication ban still active, despite ban expiring.

    Hello, my Xbox Live Account got a communication ban till 28.09.2017.

    Despite the ban expiring two days ago, I still can't use any of the communication features.

    The Enforcement website won't allow me to fill out a case review, so is there any other way to get into contact with the Enforcement Team?

    I NEED HELP TOO! I am a musician, I have been in Europe the last 5 months on tour... I come home to find out my account was banned for a communication function as well. My account must have been hacked, because I dont even have a microphone, nor do I ever
    write messages. I need to talk to somebody with xbox because I have a permanent ban and I just spent $500 dollars for nothing. I barely get to play this, and I get banned for doing nothing. Wasn't even IN THE STATES. HOW DO I GET BANNED! I have had my account
    since I was 13. My Gamertag is BigBostonBen. I NEED HELP ASAP.

    Customer support can't do anything about bans, it is the Enforcement team that handle anything and everything to do with bans, and there is no live chat option for the Enforcement team, the only methods of communication between ourselves and the Enforcement
    team is when a report is filed, and a case review is submitted.

    The Enforcement Team and Ambassadors are two separate support teams. Ambassadors are just friendly, helpful, community members who have no control (or knowledge) on suspensions and bans. Try contacting the Enforcement Team directly through the official Xbox
    Support Team. Also, it seems like it's only a 24-hour ban?

    would be nice if the enforcement team followed their own code of conduct

    it clearly states that they (the enforcement team) take things in context

    yet i get a communication ban when playing red dead online, reported by griefers who admit to grieving me 3vs1, heaven forbid they (the enforcement team) take 5 minutes to read a full message, no they read one line, ignore the context and ban

    Only the enforcement team has the ability to ban a member. Unless you've done anything to violate the terms of service and code of conduct, you will not be banned. File a complaint via the console and block communications with the user. The enforcement team
    will take care of them from there.

    Also, calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
