    Enforcement team. Code scammed through Ebay Sale.


    My name is Gwinda and I need your help Enforcement team. A code that I sold through Ebay was scammed and It was redeemed first but was reported as a scam through Ebay. I will need account information regarding the one who scammed me. I can provide
    you with the code, and apparent email of the scammer. Please email me to help this be resolved.

    The enforcement team do not post on the forums and would not be able to give you that kind of information. You will need to continue your complaint via ebay.

    I am continuing with ebay as well as paypal. A customer support rep, told me to post this here, and is supposed to be getting them in contact with me. I hope that info was accurate. I appreciate your input.

    Sorry, but they were incorrect. The enforcement team only polices issues that happen over the Live service. There is no way to contact them about anything that happens outside of Live.

    I make a living on eBay. That is my career just about.... more than 75% of the electronic sales are either fake, scams or drop ships sellers. Look at that kid from the UK... his father bought him a PICTURE of an XB1 off of eBay around Xmas for £450

    The Enforcement team and the process it go through an appeal is proof that Microsoft doesn't care about its players. Even if you submit a case it just gets denied. Everyone gets denied. It's a scam
