Enforcement Team Chat Request

My gamertag was changed without my knowlege or permission. When i attempted to change it from the newly granted "" to something a bit less ridiculous...i was informed that changing the name would cost $10. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I would like
a free gamertag change since the old one [Mod Removed] doesnt seem offensive to me. Please contact either of the emails on my account with resolution as soon as possible.

The guy on xbox live chat told me to include the service number and also that the enforcement team would be able to request the gamertag as its inactive and unused

 

Ambassabank

I am enrolled in the enforcement united team and the ambassabank program,everytime i go to the ambassabank to take a chat request it will not let me all i can do is hit nevermind or report for trolling thats it, i cant be a ambassdor if i cant take request

They do not use these forums your only option is enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review

Hiding a violation in between other words doesn't hide the violation fyi

It's the middle word that probably caused the issue

 

Another thing to add is you did give your permission.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to when you started your account if your gamertag violates the rules then it will be changed to a randomly generated one.

If you want to change the tag you are given then you will have to pay.
