Enforcement Team Banned My Console

enforcement. team needs to unbanned my console because its new. i did a case review and they never respond in 4 weeks. so now im still stuck with my new console that been banned.

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

 

Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

 

You can't file for a case review on console bans.

It may be enforcement action on your account which you can check here

Check your emails as if you filed for a case review 4 weeks ago they would of got back to you by now.

It's not a console ban if you were able to file for a case review in the first place.

As the enforcement team don't use the forums there's nothing anyone here can tell you other than directing you to the enforcement site.
