Enforcement Team accountability

OK so I had one account that got hacked, and then received 3 enforcement notices within 3 weeks. This happened while we were gone on holidays and no one was home using my xbox or had logged in elsewhere. I notified the "enforcement team" about being hacked,
via case review and all i received back was a generic message and "decision upheld" and my account permanently banned. There is currently NO way, outside the case review to have a discussion with them and provide both sides of the story. A comment window
is NOT sufficient and they need to be more accountable for the decisions that are being made. They currently have an overly Liberal outlook and are taking away lawful rights of communication, even if that communication hurrts someone's feelings. This is
NOT an inclusive or collaborative way of dealing with these issues. Permanently banning an account with $1000.00's invested into it, isn't something that should happen without an appropriate discussion with the offending party. Currently the Enforcement
Team is untouchable and non contactable outside the lame case review process, and this has to change. Please upvote this and get their attention so this can change and be better for the entire community. I was told this was the only way that this could change,
after spending 2 and half hours with online support regarding this. According to them, they do not have a way to contact the enforcement team either. Again, please upvote this and get their attention. Thank you!

Enforcement Team needs to rethink their tactics

There are some very questionable and inconsistent decisions made by the enforcement team because there is no accountability.
Any system like this will be open to abuse.

Meaningless Suspension

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

I'm sorry to hear about your issue yet I have to tell you that once you file for a case review and the verdict is upheld there is nothing else you can do.

Here at the forums we can't help you with suspensions and keep in mind that you accepted the service rules once you signed for xbox live.

You'll have to contact the enforcement team further on this issue then. Only the XBLPET (Enforcement Team) can ban and unban accounts.

Have you checked with support to see if there was a further enforcement

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

If you were permanently banned you would not be able to sign in to xbox live at all.

Are there any other accounts on your console?

If so,check that they are not suspended.
