    Hello,

    My account got banned in October 2013 and never had it unbanned. I was never able to apply for a case review as this feature was released after the deadline for my suspension. Can this be reviewed and have my account back as I have plenty of games,DLCs and
    gamerscore on it and would like to use it on my xbox one x scorpio edition. I would like a response back. The banned gamertag is "[Mod Removed – Personal Information]". I hope this can be overturned. Thanks.

    PLEASE, I NEED HELP!!

    Hey please help me, I have never begged for anything before.My Xbox account has been Permanently Suspended and I need to somehow get in contact with the Enforcement Team, I have already done a case review and that was before I found out why I got banned. Now that I know why I've been banned I would be the happiest person on the face of this planet if I can do another case review. Please Help this get out there to get my account back. I am not a rich person and certainly don't have any money on me, I have spent over 1000 dollars on my account and had it for over 5 years, and would love to at least get a second chance at doing a case review or getting in contact with the Enforcement Team.Good luck out there and do not get your account banned, it is seriously the worst thing ever to happen to a gamer, especially if you buy digital games and spend money on your account. I have been really messed up and had been getting no sleep cause of this. Last thing my GT is: ITz RAPID MoDz , Once again Thank you Guys/Girls and PLEASE!

    As far as I know, since this is an old suspension/ban then I'm afraid that nothing can be done by the enforcement team.

    Besides that I'm afraid nobody in the forums will be able to assist regarding enforcement related issues or questions. For any further questions etc you will have to go to

    Back in 2013 it was possible to have a suspension overturned the process was a little different as you had to request an appeal in the XBLPET forums.

    If you have a permanent suspension at this point in time your will not be able to case review

    Since is a account ban, is a perm ban, you cannot have her back, and next time you need to have more careful on the things you do.

    My friend here is correct. The current procedure for case reviews requires that the suspension be for longer than 24 hours (permanent would of course qualify). However, it also requires that the suspension was issued in the last 12 months. Unfortunately,
    your suspension would be past that, so nothing more can be done.

    In the previous version (through Forums), you would still need to have requested a case review within a timely manner in order for the Xbox Live Policies Enforcement Team (XBLPET) to conduct a review of the situation. I know this is hindsight, and it doesn't
    make matters any better, but there are no other options.

    My account says i am banned but there is nothing on my records of why i am banned

    There must be a way to a microsoft employee can read this, because there is no chance to make a case about that, because there is no ban.

    I don't know how to get in contact with them and no i don't want to start a new account and do all over again. I have games on that account and Friends and memorys. I would pay anything to get it back.
    If the ban happened 9 years ago then this would have been when the enforcement used the forums and before the enforcement team site was created which would be the reason the enforcement action wont show up. It would only show bans/suspensions that were given after the moved from the enforcement team forums to the enforcement team website.

    You would have had to speak with the enforcement team via the forums when they still communicated that way.

    Even if the ban showed up on the enforcement team site you wouldnt have been able to appeal it as only bans/suspensions that have been given out in the past year are eligible for an appeal.

    Sorry but your account is long gone.
