Enforcement system

I must to say at this enforcement system is paradox and I don’t even notice where I have done wrong. This system is just peoples who complains every saying in that system and system do that judgement with computer program....is that fair?

I am bored this Microsoft policy and I really thinking to change that thing to another (Sony) equipment.

I do nothing wrong and if I saying somebody wrong his playing style, that is also wrong about Microsoft and I give banning for nothing. Thanks Microsoft again and I dont like that your style to be judge without good reason.

Bad system and not even right.

Even where is contact adresses where I can explain if I doing wrong...yes, of course they are nothing adresses.

What an judgement without defence.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Saying DRM is up to publisher on PS4, is exactly the same possibility or system we have in place now. Theres nothing to stop publishers from implementing DRM on 360/PS3 if they choose to do so, eg. by enforcing BS online DRM requirements on single player games. The system wide anti consumer BS that MS is proposing on the other hand... Click to expand...

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

yes but they doesn't have any adresses.

this system use only players reputation and it only can go worse, what means at worse repution player is allways meaner people....and reputation is low rest of microsoft life.

system is unfair att all.

now I must seriously thingking at change platform...this system doesn't work and microsoft isn't god .

thanks anyway for answer, but I have now tried find enforcement feedback link in here and in microsoft helpdesk...and maybe that kind of thing doen't have and that isn't good service at all.

Obsessive Power

If someone sends you offensive messages all you need to do is block and report them. There is no need to respond back. It won't matter who started it. If you respond back to a message in a way that breaks the rules you agreed to when you signed up, you yourself can also face enforcement action.

How do you know they aren't banned? You won't receive a personal message notifying you of any enforcement action taken on users you've reported. With the exemption of the automated swearing filter, enforcement actions are viewed by real people and it may take some time before any enforcement action is taken against an account that has broken the Xbox Live Terms of Use. Until that takes place you may still encounter the same user/s for a short while.

Gamers are not jumping ship for other platforms because of Xbox Live enforcement. Sony has its own banning policy similar to Xbox as do other providers for PC gaming.

The enforcement team investigates every report that is submitted. Those investigations take time. The suspension you were issued could have been for something that took place days, weeks or months before and it was a coincidence when you received it and
the other person's message.

If you feel your suspension is in error, you can submit a case review at
https://enforcement.xbox.com as the enforcement team does not use the forums and they are the only ones who can respond to any specific enforcement actions.
