Enforcement Suspension Review Question... HaloMaster42103

Hello,

My 13 year old son plays a lot of XboxOne Online and has many friends including family. We have 2 XBOX Ones in our house (I have one and his). Sometimes we play together. My son is very good at FPS games and sometimes makes people angry that he is so good.
I find it hard to believe that my son is doing something inappropriate communication wise in XBOX.

I got a notice yesterday that he is suspended from communications on XBOX live for 24 hours. I would like to understand why? You can't just suspend someone without an explanation otherwise how will they know what they did wrong so they don't do it again?
It does not seem fair to NOT let the person know why? It is very hard to get anyone to respond to my question. Xbox says they cannot do anything about it but they are who I PAY for LIVE service every year. Why can't they do anything? Why are they not in charge
of their own system? Until I can get an explanation and proof that my son is doing something wrong I must say he is innocent of these charges. I would like someone to look into this please because I really feel he was wronged. Most of the time either I play
with him, or his older brother, grandpa or uncles play with him and none of us have heard or seen anything inappropriate.

Please give me some detail so if he did do something wrong we can talk about it and make sure it does not happen again. It is only a 24 hour suspension which will end in a few hours but I still feel we deserve some proof and explanation as to why?

Communication bandment

Hi there,

To get any information on any suspension issued by the Enforcement team, you'll need to go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/. No one, other than an Enforcement team member can respond to specific
suspensions questions.

If your suspension qualifies, you can request a case review while at the site.

Please do not post personal info like your email address on the forums.

There is a sticky at the top of this page
forums.xbox.com/.../2166462.aspx you should read.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you why your son was suspended.As it's only a 24 hour suspension you wont be able to ask for a case review.

It could of been something he said or a message he sent over live.

Support couldn't help you as they are nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live enforcement.

As per the ToU/CoC you & your son agreed to the enforcement team are under no obligation to show you any proof due to privacy laws.

Hello Éclair,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Unfortunately, no one from enforcement monitors these forums. You will have to go to the Enforcement website, sign in, then select the hammer by your suspension and fill out a case review. This is the only
way to have enforcement review the suspension.

Enforcement page

This is the primary way to check with your status with enforcement related questions.

I'm sorry to tell you, no one in the forums, or even Support can answer any specific enforcement/suspension questions. Only the Safety team members can answer those questions and they do not use the forums. They are only contactable through the case review process.

If the suspension qualifies, you can follow the steps here to submit a case review.
