my account has had an enforcement notice and suspension. Where is the evidence to support this and why can't it be disputed before 24 hoyrs

i dont know why my account has 2 bans on it. mightve been hacked, or friend/family member

Occasionally, a player may receive additional enforcement while serving a suspension. This isn’t an error, but an indication that XBLPET discovered evidence of further violations. Please keep in mind that suspensions are not always issued immediately following
a violation, and are often the result of an investigation of prior activities. Just as committing three robberies can result in getting charged with three counts, harassing multiple players can result in several distinct enforcements.

Typically, a second suspension will occur for one of several reasons:

Discovery of new or additional evidence indicating that multiple violations occurred involving multiple victims.

Identification of unrelated violations that necessitate a distinct suspension. For example, while an account serves a suspension for harassment, a separate investigation finds evidence of account theft.

In the course of investigating a Case Review inquiry, an enforcement agent discovers evidence of previously-unknown violations.

The enforcement team will not give specifics, but they do investigate each complaint before issuing a suspension. A case review usually takes longer than 24 hours so the suspension would be over before the review is completed.

No. The enforcement team would investigate and if they don't see evidence of what is mentioned in the report, they won't issue a suspension. If they do see evidence of what was mentioned, or something else that violates the code of conduct, they will issue
a suspension.

The only way to contact the enforcement team about your suspension is to use the Case Review on https://enforcement.xbox.com

This makes sure that the comment you have about your suspension is properly matched to the suspension in the enforcement database, and that the team member from the Enforcement team can immediately see the history of the suspension with the evidence that
led to that suspension.

There is no other way to contact the enforcement team.

The Xbox Support can't help with Enforcement suspensions.

Instead, you would have to go to
https://enforcement.xbox.com and sign in with your suspended account.

When you are signed in, you should see a yellow/orange tile with a hammer icon on it. Click on that, and you should see a list with your account's suspension(s).

If you feel the suspension is unjustified, you can file a case review.

But BEWARE! Whenever a report gets sent in to the Enforcement team, the consoles involved will collect data and telemetry and send that in with the report as evidence.

Based on that data, a real life person on the Enforcement Team will decide if the evidence warrants a suspension or not.

So do NOT waste your ONLY chance at getting un-banned by saying "But I did nothing!"

There WAS evidence that led to your suspension. What you need to do is to disprove that evidence in your case review.
