Enforcement Suspension - but not posted ON MY ACCOUNT

My Xbox One shows that all of my childrens' accounts are suspended due to enforcement actions but when I log into my account it shows no issue. I cannot select a dispute/claim b/c the most recent action is from 7 months ago. I have been repeatedly speaking
to xbox chat to resolve and now they have directed me to you for help. I have not received an email notifying me, but the chat agent seems to see it suspended until October 8. I want someone to provide answers to direct me somewhere. This is entirely too
consuming to get someone at Microsoft to lift a finger to answer me!!!!! Please DO NOT RESPOND WITH A RECITATION OF MICROSOFT POLICY. I have been well versed on that one!

I want to post an honest case review on the Xbox Enforcement website to label my cause for my suspension

 

Console Banned

A device ban is different from an account suspension for info on the device bans check the link posted above

 

These are child accounts under your account?

To make sure you would want to sign in at account.microsoft.com/family.

Have you tried signing into your childrens accounts directly at enforcement.xbox.com?

No one here in this public forum can help you with enforcement issues.

The ONLY people that handle enforcement issues are the enforcement team at their website.

Its a matter of signing into the correct account at their website to show the enforcement actions so you would need to figure out either the parental account for them and sign in or sign in to their accounts directly.

 

To add to what I said in my previous post Is it an account suspension or is it a console suspension?

It should tell you one way or another.

With a console suspension it would say whenever you tried to do anything that requires a connection to live services.

“Your console is banned. This console has been banned for Terms of Use violations. To protect the Xbox service and its members, Microsoft does not
provide details about specific console bans. For more information out console bans, visit xbox.com/xboxone/consoleban.”

These types of suspensions because they are console specific and not an account specific suspension will NOT show up anywhere on the enforcement teams website and are not case reviewable.

Account specific suspension would be like a specific privilege being taken away like communication, sometimes Multiplayer priviliges can be taken also. these would give you more of a message like when trying
to start a party it would say

Try doing something else right now because of your past behavior you can not do this action.

These would show up if signed into the correct account at the enforcement teams website. and depending on the length of
them they would be reviewable.

of my children's accounts individually, and there is no current suspension posted. Each account mirrors what I see as the parent on my account. Any other ideas?
