    Enforcement suspenion temp into permanent bug


    Hi I'd like some help from the enforcement team upon my account chat restriction Turning From temporary, into permanent. Now I don't remember doing anything wrong during the chat suspension but when the temporary suspension hit last night, I knew i did a
    bad thing, so im changing my act. But Ive been on mafia 3 almost all day, but at night in-game smite i was choosing a god I Noticed my mic was picking up sound and transferred to game lobby for them to hear, aka other players,Throughout the day of temp restriction,
    as I said i've done nothing wrong . So I talked to a live agent and he told me that my account as of now should have no suspensions, he was also convinced that it had to be a glitch/bug in the system.So I tried case apply as the agent said but I couldnt apply
    one strangely, The said enforcement duration was indeed over 24hours or more and it was on 12/26/2016 and said to of ended at 4:45 pm 12/27/2016 now Im concerned. because this dont happen often I assume. But hopefully We can rectify this problem. Name: Don

    It would basically depend on what the enforcement team determines and how severe the message is and what part of the code of conduct it violates. Basically you're right about if it's a message concerning marketplace theft, etc. it would be an account ban.
    A message with bad language is mainly going to be a communication suspension.

    You can receive a permanent communication bad. Account/communication suspensions generally start at 24 hours to 2 weeks depending on how many suspenions you receive. Multiple suspensions will then turn into a permanent ban.

    The enforcement system has been having issues recently & telling people they are permanently banned when they only have a temp suspension.

    As the enforcement site isn't working properly you can't get any up to date details or appeal the ban/suspension.

    Support may be able to tell you the length of the suspension but that's it.

    Other than that it's just a case of keep checking & hope this gets fixed soon.

    As this post is from August I think the op's suspension is over.

    Either way,the ban/suspension forums are not used anymore & haven't been since August last year so no point sending people there.

    Hi callum1621, If you account has been suspended it may seem that you have broken the Code of Conduct and there for will not receive a email or notification from the Xbox Enforcement Team.

    You can always post on the Account Suspension forum for which console was suspend: Xbox 360 or Xbox One where a member of the XBLPET will reply to your post.
