Enforcement support

    Support with Enforcement

    Can someone advise how I contact the Enforcement team. I have been banned again from communicating. This is the fourth time in quick succession the most recent being within 4 days of a previous ban. I would like to know if it is the same person reporting
    me (as a prank) or if these are 4 separate people. I can not do an appeal as I have a shared xbox live account (this shows that I have no xbox live on my profile)? It is becoming quiet tedious especially when I hear some of the conversations going on.

    I would greatly appreciate some answers regarding this asap.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com However, since you did say something that that violates the code of conduct (even censored), it will most likely be upheld. It doesn't matter if it's done via party chat or text message.
    It all falls under communication.

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. Even with a case review they will not give specifics about who is reporting you.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no way to contact them regarding console bans. Once a console is banned, it is not unbanned. You would have to try returning it to where it was purchased and exchange it.

    For future reference, you can check consoles at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     instead of contacting support (who do not handle suspensions/bans).
