Enforcement site: Case review redirects

To start this off for some context, I've trying to apply for a case review into a comm ban for a few days now, but that's not the main problem.

The MAIN problem is that when I click 'case review' it doesn't proceed to the terms and conditions sometimes, just refreshing the enforcement homepage. WHEN I get to terms and conditions, I obviously click accept and continue, however once I do, I'm taken
back to Enforcement home. I believe I made it to the questionnaire ONCE in the xxx amount of times I've run through these attempts, but can't get to the actual case review appeal no matter what I try.

Used different devices, networks, browsers, cleared cookies, caches, etc and nothing works, I keep landing at the Enforcement homepage instead of getting through the questionnaire and to the actual case review. I'm bamboozled.

Note: This is not a ban lift request, this is a request to help me figure out why what I mentioned above is happening and possibly solve it.

Sorry but the enforcement team does not follow these sites and you need to file a case review for the enforcement site.

Also I already noted this isn't about the ban itself, it's about the site failing to actually work.
