Enforcement site and history

Hi I have recently bean banned for 2 weeks and I don't know what for as I haven't been on my xbox in three days and it happens in the middle on the night yesterday which was the 26 th may

The main reason why I am posting is because I can't go on the reinforcement site to check my history to get the reason why I was banned and to appeal it I cannot do either of those thing and it just gives me the same reference code.

I have tried so many different browsers on different devices and networks also tried vpns but nothing works please help

Maybe the ban was applied to a previous report.
It's hard to tell

But at least you was able to submit the case review

I have enabled java script and have tried again but it didn't work and the reference code given is Reference #97.eb01cb8.1653675292.205d0b38

it is the same no matter what I do.

No I don't and how would be able to enable it.

And In the email there was no reason.

Yeah, I was thinking the same too. Try later just in case enforcement site is temporary unavailable on your region/country Harvey
