  1. Enforcement Review

I would like to review an enforcement placed on my account with which I have a limited understanding on to why and respect others for reporting me to do so, but I equally would like to remove it strictly for the reasoning that I do not bring about the
flagged measures on a consistent matter to warrant this. I have maintained a rude and vulgar language only to my social group of friends and would never expose myself to others outside of my group. I am friendly and peaceful to various folks outside my friends
simply due to me wanting to make a good first impression and would let them judge me afterwards, when they know me on a personal level (which would be the time I feel it justifiable to be easygoing and foul mannered).

I have loved Xbox since I received the original Xbox. I received the Xbox 360 as a Christmas gift and . I have been a proud consumer of all the products after the Xbox One with which I personally invested and worked for. I wasn't a perfect Xbox live
player about 6 years ago, but overtime I grew wiser and became more respectful towards others. Honestly, I am surprised I had a positive reputation around the time I was so negative and overall a spoiled child. Does this anecdote hold any relevance to fixing
this situation? Truthfully I hope not, but I don't want to undervalue people's opinions on me no matter the outcome.

Truthfully sorry to those I have offended currently if they saw my bio with which is never my intention. I am saying so because my bio over the last year wasn't the most "sanitary" as my vocabulary currently. It may have been the measure which started this
debacle I find myself in. I quoted at the time a lyric from a sound cloud song referencing my gamertag Psycho KiLLa. Another matter may have been a slip of my F-bomb in my club talk. I was simply self advertising (self loathing equally) my stream on the club
post. Then when Xbox Twitch wasn't working I decided to use my own equipment and quoted a Bill O'Reilly meme in a following post. Maybe they reported my use of language on my stream which I labeled only mature members to watch so I would hope that folks over
18 would know foul humor (equally dissing my own horrid humor) at this point in their life especially if the game streamed contains more explicit content that what a nincompoop's (me) remarks on the subject would be.

I do not want to blame anyone thou. I have maintained a decent enough record to never warrant the actions that have been placed on my account until recently. These are just cause and effect relations that have made me weary. I simply want this conflict
resolved and continue being a fun loving gamer.

    :)

  3. Enforcement Review

I really wish to review and discuss my account from recently being suspended with enforcement warning that stated: "This account's profile contained inappropriate content. This content may include profanity, sexual topics, hate speech, controversial religious
topics, references to notorious people or organizations, sensitive current or historical events, or any content designed to sound like, look like, reference, or allude to these topics. Temporary suspension impact: On Xbox 360, this account cannot sign in to
Xbox Live for the duration of the suspension. On Xbox One and Xbox on Windows, this account's profile and Gamerpic cannot be edited for the duration of the suspension. Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device.
This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges."

I will confess that my bio wasn't savory, but as limited as my knowledge may have been a year ago (making it out of instinct on the feeling that a horrible and disgusting song referenced my tag and I was feeling too hipster not to have) I didn't expect anyone
to inspect my profile nor was it my intention to elicit an ill-natured state with my fellow gamer. I will also state that I do know how cause and effect relations influence a scenario, and I deem some recent club posts to be on the list, while equally being
immoral by language choice. I thought to be suitable by the standards that my club leader (who I never knew personally or online) liked all posts and the tag on the club is that 'All Conent is Ok' (that is vague and maybe another possible reason). I don't
want to say my club members were wrong in flagging me and I wouldn't want to place blame where I could (hopefully) be entirely mistaken. I strictly want to remove this blemish from my account because I have always upheld to the Code of Conduct to a liberal
    degree.

Submitting a case review on the enforcement site is the only way to contact the enforcement team however not all suspensions are eligible for a review.

To find out more information regarding your son's ban you will need to file a case review. I have provided a link below to the information on how to do that.

    What is Case Review?

Case Review is a tool that allows players who have received an enforcement action (for example, an account suspension or forced Gamertag change) to have their enforcement reviewed by a member of the Xbox Live
Policy & Enforcement Team. Suspensions are never issued lightly, but Case Review allows Xbox Live members to interact directly with XBLPET and gain greater understanding of the enforcement and why action was taken. In the very rare event that the review determines
that a mistake was made or the enforcement was not necessary, steps will be taken to remedy the situation.

Who can submit a Case Review?
Any Xbox Live member with an active enforcement action may submit a case for review through the account's Enforcement
    History
, provided the enforcement meets the following requirements:

    • The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length
    • The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months
You may only request a review of your own active enforcement actions, and must be signed in to the account that received the enforcement (or signed in to the parent account if a child account was suspended).
Prior to submitting a Case Review, you may be prompted to complete a short questionnaire designed to gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct.

My real name got my gamertag banned.

Have you tried logging into the Enforcement Website to see if there's a 'case review' available for the Enforcement Action? A case review is a little survey that can be tagged on some Enforcement Actions which allow for some actions to be re-reviewed. https://enforcement.xbox.com

Having the same issues with enforcement as other users had 5 years ago....

unfortunately we can't do anything about Enforcement actions as we are only volunteers and have no contact with Enforcement, and Enforcement don't use these forums.

if there is no method of starting a case review on the Enforcement site then it is likely the case is not eligible for review.
