  1. Enforcement/Reputation/Harassment issue please help


    Hello my name is Jordan and I have been having a major issue with an individual I had to fire from my business. I run a business that sponsors and promotes individuals who wish to become paid broadcasters so I require the Xbox to function as a business.
    After firing the individual from my business he took it upon himself to DDOS my Xbox for an entire week until I managed to get internet technicians out and replace all of my hardware so I stopped the DDOS. Only after I managed to stop this the individual took
    it upon themselves to ask their entire friends list to report my account, earning me an avoid me status since with the enforcement team regardless whether or not the report is valid because they reported it lowers your reputation. I have evidence of threats,
    harassment, DDOS, and requests to report my account. Yet in light of all of the information I have provided Xbox my reputation remains the same and this individual has not had any bans placed on their accounts.

    I require some help in regards to resetting my reputation which I did nothing to earn. If I cannot accomplish this I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. Xbox has a very unsafe network and I do not feel valued as a customer or safe using their
    services as a business.

    Please help me rectify the issue, I would like to stay on the Xbox but if I can't get this individual to cease and desist their behaviors and have my reputation restored I will have no choice but to leave. If only Xbox Ambassadors or people with the ability
    to fix the issue could respond to this I would appreciate that. My email for contact purposes is

    Every report gets investigated by the enforcement team before a suspension is issued. Keep in mind that your rep has nothing to do with an enforcement act.

    That being said the enforcement team doesn't uses the forums.

  5. I'm looking for assistance on restoring my reputation in light of the fact one individual has asked his whole friends list to report me and in the span of one week I went from good rep to avoid me. I'm not communication banned so I have no need of a case
    review. I'm a victim of the flawed reputation system.

  6. I was also informed by Xbox Live customer service that the enforcement team only communicates through these forums and that also Xbox Ambassadors are the only ones who can help fix my reputation status issue

    I'm sorry to see any frustrations with the reputation system. We are unable to comment on any Enforcement actions here on the Support Forums, and only you are able to improve your reputation. For more information, check out the

    Reputation page
    on the Enforcement site. Ambassadors are volunteers and cannot assist with any Enforcement action, either.

    If you have been a victim of a DDoS, you will need to work with your ISP and local police to file a complaint as that is a federal offense in the US. If this user has been sending you threats to your account, then you will need to block that user and not
    respond to any messages they send you going forward. Reporting those messages to the Enforcement team through the console is the best way to get their eye on the situation.

    If you need assistance with any other support issue, be sure to post up a new detailed thread so that our community can work on helping you out. Thanks for understanding!
