Enforcement question

i have an enforcement against me that I deserved, however the case reviewer said I should be able to access multiplayer (without communication) and I cannot. My enforcement reads as such:

"This account engaged in inappropriate communications. This activity may include harassment, abusive language, hate speech, profanity, disruptive or offensive language, spamming, or other inappropriate uses of Xbox Live communications features. Temporary
suspension impact: For the duration of the suspension this account cannot use Xbox Live communication features, including in-game and party chat, messaging, video communications, gameplay broadcasting, sharing content, and Skype on Xbox One. Permanent suspension
impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges until 10/26/2016, 8:34:51 PM."

That says permanently I can't sign into Xbox live. Is that really the case? If I lost thousands of dollars worth of games I can play online over a four letter word, that would suck.

Enforcement questions

Hi I recently had an enforcement act put on my profile from another xbox live member. This enforcement was do to a rude comment I posted which I regret, now I have been suspended from talking in party chats and sending messages. It's already been 48 hours
since the suspension was enforced, I was wondering how much longer will this suspension last?

The information about temporary suspension and permanent suspension is just default information listed on the site. It does state that your privileges are only affect until the 26th, so it is a temporary suspension.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct.

If your friends account got suspended then in some cases a temporary console privilege suspension is issued which means no account on that console can sign in to xbox live.

Your account would work fine on other devices,just not that console until the suspension is over.

No. Console bans and account bans are separate. So unless you also get an account ban you'd be fine.

ahh ok, i was wanting to know the parameters of it. I will never breach the Tos as i have invested many hours into my account. Thank you for the quick response.

Since there is profanity, it can definitely be enforceable. The enforcement team doesn't always take action immediately, but if you run into anything you think might violate the rules, just go ahead and report it.
