Enforcement Query - Please Help!

Hi,

I've tried using the Enforcement Forum but it doesnt look like it has been monitored since 2015. I've been told to put a post on the Enforcement forum regarding an issue my son has had with his gamertag.

The xbox support chat guy doesnt want to help and keeps telling me to post on the enforcement forum, but nobody is getting back to me on there.

Does anyone know how to reach these people??

First you need to make a post on the enforcement forum for Xbox. Make a post explaining the situation and a rep will respond to your post.

If you have an Enforcement action you would like to challenge, go contact the Enforcement Team on their website,
http://enforcement.xbox.com/. They do not frequent these forums any more.

 

The enforcement team no longer uses the forum. Any information about enforcement actions would be found at
Web Server's Default Page com. The only way to contact the enforcement team would be by submitting a case review through that site if you are able to.

 

Thanks for this bowski477, I'm not able to submit a case review and have no other way of contacting them. Any other ideas?
