Enforcement query and disappointment

I am really curious about Enforcement team. I think code of conduct is important and respected but conducting it with fairness is the major issue. From my personal experience, fairness is out of door when it comes to the practice. I have experienced that
I got 2 suspension back to back in 2-3consecutive day while my suspension was on. And, I was not even active on xbox one but watching tv only.

I am just curious about enforcement team, the expertise of the team member (legal background or just some people with generic background?) Can we be sure that these team members will judge users based on their geographic location, religion, nationality or
ethnicity??

I filed many complaint on some people who made religious, ethnical, racial insults and generic offensive language, but never get any generic notification that xbox enforcement took some actions. But when I warn those people nicely and ask them to communicate
in civil manner, they report me for spam/harassment etc... and i get the suspension. That is very unacceptable.

So, I am very dissappointed with their practice since I think they are not fair, they cannot be reached only you can request review for ur case and typicaly decision is upheld by computer generated answer.

The enforcement process should be more transparent and fair.

First you need to make a post on the enforcement forum for Xbox. Make a post explaining the situation and a rep will respond to your post.

It takes time for the suspension to happen, so your second one was likely due to something that happened a few days earlier.

Enforcement does not send you any kind of notification if they suspend/ban someone that you reported.

Mute, ignore, and move on. Then you won't have to worry about suspensions in the future.

 

Yep,any report has to be investigated which takes time.It's quite rare for someone to get suspended/banned instantly.

Sometimes you might get a thank you message if someone is banned/suspended due to a report you've filed but most of the time you wont be told the result of the report you've filed.

And yes,case reviews are investigated by a person.

Follow CodeCat5's advice & you wont have to worry about being suspended.
