please explain to me or clarify what exactly it is I did that resemble a breach in tos cus for the life of me I have no idea. there was that one time befor a patch I said game was broken or the other time I said micro transactions where pimping & **** games.
could that be it and if so we need an adult section of xbl so I don't offend the kiddies. theres all manner of gtav highlighting murder and robbery **** and you threatening me with bans?! for what? calling out greed and shoddy worksmanship? serious? I go to
see what Ive done and you cant even tell me? can you at least quote me? this is by far the most un-American censoring of post ive ever seen. so if my feed back isn't hype I get banned. I didn't use vulgar curse words or anything. I'm literally blown away at
this. I'm literally writing sony all over my Christmas list. good job. let me guess you want to ban me for that.... whats going on I just sent my power supply in for repair but if I knew the new xbl was going to continue to alienate me I would've saved the
time and money. I don't even care you just lost one t(><)t

MS starting to ban your account and remove purchases...

If you have naked pictures of yourself on OneDrive you should be banned from the internet to save you from your own stupidity.

This is a clarification of the TOS that has always existed. Probably asked for by the enforcement teams who end up banning people for enfractions that fall under “not limited to” violations of the TOS.

To get an enforcement action you must have broke the tos/coc. Go to Enforcement.xbox.com and sign in and apply for a case review

No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.

Are you sure enforcement was taken on the account? It's possible the person removed the comment themselves. If you have reported the person, then enforcement will check, and if enforcement agree that the person has broken the TOS, then action will be taken on the account.

Always report any behavior you encounter that goes against the TOS. you will never be banned unless you have broken a rule.

Does the seal on your xbox clear you of the accusation of being a modder? And if you had broken the ToS or CoC, wouldn't the account be banned too?
