    I recently recieved a suspension ban on my account. I went throught the proper channels to recieve a review of my suspension. In doing so I failed the "questionnaire" portion before being able to submit a review. A questionnaire is to gain knowledge on
    a user or subscriber, this is a test and should be labeled as such. I have a learning disability because I have been blown up too many times during my military service. I can not remmeber every detail of a terms and use policy and because of this I will never
    be able to pass such a test. A few weeks before this a similar thing had happened and I just accepted the suspension because I couldn't go through the process. No more will I just let microsoft determine my chat ability. This system is flawed and when I ask
    for help I am simply told go start a forumn or go to this web page. But the end result is the same regardless, no result and still suspended. I do not want to have my suspension lifted by the help desk but I simply asked how can I get a review without taking
    a test that I will never pass. Unfortuantely thats not possible because your system is flawed and caters to Microsoft and Microsoft only. I have been a loyal paying customer since the original xbox and this is how I am treated. I will be sure to let my military
    brothers and sisters across the globe know that if they have needs or a disability they are better off with sony because they will or at least will try to accomodate their needs and disabilties. The biggest problem is the panel that is determining if my suspension
    should be lifted is only accessible if you are an expert on the terms of use policy.

    Exactly the same issues... Totally agree that the product appears flawed and the warranty process is without doubt flawed. MS do not seem to want to reply to th issues either. I wonder if a magazine could take the issue up?

    Enforcement Ban Process

    Doesn't matter who starts the argument,if you respond in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then you risk being suspended.

    Sometimes you may receive a thank you message if someone is banned/suspended due to a report you filed but this does not happen all the time.Normally you are not told the result of a report you filed.

    Any report filed has to be investigated which takes time so your 2nd suspension would be for something else you did prior to your first suspension which could be something form several weeks ago or even longer.

    There are no "age restricted" xbox live games.

    Age ratings apply to the single player only & mean that someone under that age can't buy the game.

    Your rep has nothing to do with whether you can receive any enforcement action on your account.

    If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.

    my ban on the enforcement page says it ended on january 29th but my xbox still says until feb 19

    I cant even contact enforcement … this is so flawed.

    The case review on the enforcement site is the only way to have the ban reviewed. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done. With a case review it means they have already reviewed your account twice and determined you did do something
    that violated the code of conduct.

    As far as being a permanent ban versus a shorter suspension, suspension length can vary based on severity of the situation as well as any previous enforcement actions. So if you've had multiple enforcement actions in the past, that would factor into why
    you received a permanent ban.

    I think most people have broken the Xbox Live code of conduct without realising, quite a lot of people are lucky because they never get reported. I do agree that the XBLPET should perhaps take some context into account when dishing out bans. It does seem
    a little inconsistent at times.
