    I recently received an enforcement action that in my opinion I do not deserve it since it is really impossible that after 12 years I would decide to do something like this

    However, I decided to carry out the official process in this regard, today after 10 days I did not receive a response from Enforcement, Xbox Support does not have access to this nor can they support you in contacting someone responsible for this situation,

    It's really amazing that Enforcement doesn't have to report to anyone and that it can take as long as it wants to review a case,that after 10 days they cannot respond to an email indicating the status of the process, and that they are not able to provide the exact reason for a disciplinary action

    It is obvious that I do not expect all reports to be reviewed by humans, but reports such as fraud or trying to steal accounts should definitely be reviewed before issuing a disciplinary action

    So they leave users feeling really helpless as there is nothing they can do, No one to tell that there is an injustice in the process, there is also no guarantee that I will receive an answer, which leaves me without access to my subscriptions, purchased games, items won, really exasperating.

    12 years wasted on an account that presents a good reputation, just because someone decided to say I'm doing something wrong, and a system that lacks supervision

    Enforcement Action Process Needs Improvement!

    It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended. In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person and block communications with them.

    Unless you were issued a 24 hour suspension, you can submit a case review at http;//enforcement.xbox.com 24 hour suspension are not eligible because the review would take longer than the suspension.

    I agree with rook3909. Even if the first person does it to you first. And you text them. All they do is report it and your ban.
    That is why you should never text those trolls, just mute report and block them and the Enforcement will deal with them. Its that easy.

    1) making it is less likely to be abused by people who exploit it as a means to get away with harassing others, and
    The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine something has been done to violate the code of conduct. So it can't really be exploited.

    As far as the notification, usually there is a pop-up as soon as you try to connect so that may have been a bug.

    A 28 hour suspension would be close enough to a 24 hour and still too short for a case review.

    That is why you should never text those trolls, just mute report and block them and the Enforcement will deal with them. Its that easy.
