Enforcement problem

I was recently banned for two weeks from communication from messaging from parties and also multiplayer for the reason being impersonating and Microsoft employee, I submitted a case review but I didn't realize how far the ban went until I submitted my review.
Now I know what was mistaken and it was the fact that in my profile in my bio I stated that I was an Xbox Live ambassador. I never once said that I work for Microsoft and I know that people were jealous that I was in the insider program, and would definitely
misuse the system just to get me in trouble I suppose. I'm 32 years old I've been with Microsoft for almost 13 years helping the community helping people meet other people other gamers, I've never stepped on anyone's Toes or lead anyone to believe that I work
for Microsoft, being that I work for the Department of Homeland Security obviously I would never ask someone for their personal information.

I just wanted to submit this here and see if the enforcement team can help me out and try and expedite this because when I filed my report I did not know why I was being banned I thought it was a Communications ban only. And when I saw it I immediately knew
it was because in my profile it said Xbox Live ambassador. Thank you for your time and reading this and I hope to speak to you soon.

Does anyone have a problem with my Gamertag?

Just curious if the gametag MyKneeGrows82 offends anyone and why? i have been a loyal x-box player for over a decade, and suddenly after thousands of people seeing my gamertag, and not having a problem with it, enforcement changes my gamertag, which by the way does not include any of the things that they say it shouldn't, so am i being singled out as an example? i don't see how showing proudly my race in my gamertag is a problem. Any thoughts on whether or not this should be possible for enforcement to do when the gamertag is in violation of none of the requirements of the enforcement&policies agreement whatsoever.

something strange is happening where I tried to edit my original post and the follow-up post and it says post but when I reload the page I don't get the edited version I get the version that I accidentally put up before proofreading.. well anyway I hope
that anyone that works at Microsoft can see the corrections and all the edits I made because they're very relevant to the situation.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You will have to wait for their response from your case review.
