Enforcement - Problem to create a Case Review Status / Request to revaluation sentence

Hi,

I am a french gamer and sorry for my limited English language...

In my space (account space or personal space), in "Enforcement and Activity History", it's not possible for me to create a "Case Review Status is not possible". It's a real problem for me because i regrate this sentence... : "Enforcement Date - Communication
1/3/2016 3:08:14 AM (UTC)". It's very strong, too hard for me. Actually, it's the first sentence and the first error of comportement. Mea Culpa. I'm very sorry and i shame on, but i answer to a lot of provocations in the game. I regrate that and i will not
ever do that. Furthermore, my subscription is over at 16/03/2016. A paid for that period.

An enforcement date during two or three days should to be enough. I am not a bad person and i regrate really to reply to provocation in tchat. I already complained for different bad comportments and i did not received reactions. But i will not pronounce justice
myself. I deducted the rule. Could you please review your jugement and reduce the sentence for me. One and a half months, it's too much in relation to the facts, and i could not be able to explain my reasons.

I’ve been banned for two months for no reason at all and when I go onto enforcement it says the last time I’ve been banned was in may 2017

Unfortunately, Enforcement does not read the forums so you won't hear from them based on your post. However, it is also possible that your Enforcement action was extended. I have been hearing about a lot of that going on recently and the only advice I've
heard of helping in this case is contacting support to inquire about the extension. They won't be able to do much more than tell you that your current action was extended, but at least you'll know what's going on for sure. Here
is a contact link for support.

And thanks a lot, but, when i click on the "hammer" in the personal space (account), the area "Case Review Status" is empty !! It's unfortunately impossible to request appeal... What should I do ?

When looking at the picture, it was in French, and I could not read it. However, I did notice the Appeal status was blank. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement team to respond to your case. I don't know if they have
done so already, and we do not have any sort of communication with them.

Thus the reason why you have to submit a case review.

I am did not understand... The sentence talk to "Communication" ("Enforcement Date - Communication 1/3/2016 3:08:14 AM (UTC)"), but actually I can't play in live ! And not just for the tchat... It's normal ?

I think is very unfair...

And not still Case Review Status (It's blank). I can't appeal.

Sorry you were suspended. However, please understand that only the PET are able to answer your questions regarding the suspension or its process. No one on these forums are able to assist you or answer your questions regarding it.

If you are unable to file a Case Review and are underage then have your parental account sign in with their account to see if they can file the review.

Beyond that, I'm afraid there is nothing we can do to assist or help with your issue.
