Enforcement problem issue

I was referred here by the Microsoft support team. I have an issue regarding my gamerscore being wiped for false reasoning. My reference number is 1375150028. I transferred some game saves using the official Xbox 360 Transfer Cable to back up my account
in case of emergency, then soon after I recieved an enforcement ban. I explained the issue but the XBLET did not help. After two conversations with Microsoft support, I was told to post on this thread, and give you my reference number, with a goal of getting
my achievements back (which I have accumulated over five years, and I have spent thousands on games). Thankyou.

Does anyone have a problem with my Gamertag?

Just curious if the gametag MyKneeGrows82 offends anyone and why? i have been a loyal x-box player for over a decade, and suddenly after thousands of people seeing my gamertag, and not having a problem with it, enforcement changes my gamertag, which by the way does not include any of the things that they say it shouldn't, so am i being singled out as an example? i don't see how showing proudly my race in my gamertag is a problem. Any thoughts on whether or not this should be possible for enforcement to do when the gamertag is in violation of none of the requirements of the enforcement&policies agreement whatsoever.

Enforcement Issue

And a ban is anything impeding on full use of a paid service, so yes its a ban when service in impeded on!!!

Then you would need to wait for their response. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

They did uphold their decision. My problem is that I have not "modded my profile" like they had accused me of, I went achievement hunting whilst offline, when I went online I was banned and stripped of my achievements. I have earned the achievements over
five years, and have given thousands of pounds to Microsoft through games and addons. They have made a mistake, and I would like my gamerscore back.

yeah, but the issue here is that there is no enforcement case for this problem
