    Enforcement Policy?


    I wonder why my account got banned from communications for a month for swearing and using the name Fag in a gamers point of view instead of the insulting way.

    Also when i reported people calling me a Tranny, ****, Bitch, etc.

    They were till able to end others and me messages, and i never before got a message of w warning by xbox as far as i know so i'd like to know how out of nothing this happens.

    I've reported upto 5 players for that exact standpoint and no action was taken.

    Hope for a quick response cause this seems like **** to me.

    Entirely in a raging game like Grand Theft Auto 5, and the guy that reported me has Killed everyone on the server, multiple times for just walking arround and he actually hunts down people by choice.

    While rockstar says its a good vote kick system this is not true, almost everyone on the server vote kicked him, atleast half which should result in him getting kicked which did not work.

    Also, if that person does not take kind to those messages they have not even tried telling me to stop, which iof you look in my chat history is what i would do if someone tells me to.

    Instead this person ony send me gibberish or emoticons to enrage me further to end up in me being reported, unfairly that is if you ask me.

    Once again i hope for some action on this and a response.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    If someone harasses you just report them or block those persons from further abuse. Retaliating counts as harassment and is object to enforcement acts.

    That being said the enforcement team doesn't uses the forums.

    You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

    BTW, defending ones self is not an excuse for breaking the code of conduct. You should simply report/block and move on.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.



    If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website. Unfortunately, if the ban was for 24 hours you are unable to do a case review.

    No, they are not. And those policies can't be enforced without a check-in. These policies are the whole point of that.
