    What kind of joke is it to where Xbox enforcement team doesn’t even inform you of why you get suspended? It affects you but they can’t tell you why? Can’t discuss any detail? The fact is Xbox employees can’t seperate playful words or hateful words. They
    also have “hate speech” in there. Good job Microsoft you fully incorporated Social Justice policies. There’s no such thing as hate speech. Just opinions you don’t agree with.

    Banned for "Marketplace Theft?"

    First you need to make a post on the enforcement forum for Xbox. Make a post explaining the situation and a rep will respond to your post.
    Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    Enforcement policy?

    I'm very frustrated for my son who has Autism as his Xbox is his communication and social life.

    All the talk on enforcement, which I understand and agree with, protects our children and adults alike but there is nothing that protects them from the bullies that continuously go out of their way to ban people because they are different, which happens
    to my son constantly.

    There is never any evidence from Microsoft to support the ban so the group of bullies that do this to my son get away with it just like they did at school. My son has a life ban now and cannot play with his true friends. On top of that it has wasted his
    Xbox live membership. I think they call it defamation of character when people spread untruths about a person and I'm not prepared to let this boy get away with it any longer.

    I am requesting a refund for the wasted membership and hope that Microsoft will do something as regards their appeal process as it may as well not exist!! It is all one sided and they are not interested in any details of circumstances.

    If someone harasses you just report them or block those persons from further abuse. Retaliating counts as harassment and is object to enforcement acts.

    That being said the enforcement team doesn't uses the forums.

    You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

    BTW, defending ones self is not an excuse for breaking the code of conduct. You should simply report/block and move on.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.



    If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website. Unfortunately, if the ban was for 24 hours you are unable to do a case review.

    No, they are not. And those policies can't be enforced without a check-in. These policies are the whole point of that.
