@Enforcement: Please read I'm tired of getting banned through false complaint being spammed

I've had a real problem of people who don't like me spamming complaints against my profile until I get banned. This has happened to me twice in a row. The second time after an attempt was made at fixing my personal information (not through Xbox live). My
account got banned about two days later. Coincidence? I doubt it. These people have multiple accounts between them plus modded consoles, or at least some do. I've been concerned it will keep happening. It especially hurts losing a very clean looking 5 letter
gamertag. I would very much like Enforcement to investigate sudden n large volumes complaints, especially those for alleged harassment

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

 

False reports and Hackers

I was recently suspended by Xbox live because someone put a false report on me and I've had no help from anyone and ever since Ive gotten suspended I've been spammed from false accounts and now I just ran into a hacker online and I couldn't do anything about
because I can't message anyone, so I want to know what's the point of Xbox live saftey if I get suspended because someone put false reports on me but yet a hacker can just go around ruining my gaming experience. Can somebody please help because I'm getting
tired of this and I'm blaming this trash called "xbox enforcement" my Gamertag is and I've been a subscriber since early 2011 so if something doesn't get done I might have to sue for false advertisement of safety precautions.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. They do investigate complaints so it doesn't matter if you have a million complaints filed against you, you won't receive a suspension/ban unless you've actually done something to violate the code of conduct/terms
of use.

I was advised to post here by a member of staff. And that is incorrect, I was banned two days after an attempt was made at DOXing my personal info. I highly doubt anyone here has had any dealings with these types of people. They're nasty and ruthless. Many
also run modded hardware. I play nice and you won't catch me swearing or blaspheming. The Microsoft support person I spoke to to acknowledged it needs investigating and forwarded it to enforcement. A dude in a games shop told me it can happen - being inundated
with false harassment reports so I know it's not in my head

Actually it doesn't matter what Support says they have nothing to do with enforcement

Nor.can they read your msgs

Only the pet team has that kind of access and yes they do investigate

It doesnt.mattee who starts the fight if you violate the terms of use you will be punished if reported

Investigations take more then2days fyi

And suspensions are checked by multiple teams before being issued

The only time Support has any say is when there is a compromised account situation

 

Phone support has historically been known to send people here even though it has been stated by multiple forum Support agents (anyone with mister or missus in front of their name and the forum S rank ) that the only way to contact the pet is the enforcement
website

Enforcement is not an Support issue

And yes every thing is investigated
