Enforcement please help

hello my name is jordan, gamertag . I was recently placed under a 166hr ban on forza horizon for unknown reasons and have spoken with a support rep that has stated my account has no negative actions being held against it. I would greatly appreciate
help as I play forza quite often and am willing to adjust whatever discrepancy there may have been to reverse this action.

I need help it said my console was banned(PLEASE READ)

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me out

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

The enforcement team do not use the forums and do not handle game specific bans. If the ban is only for Forza, you would need to contact Turn 10.

The Enforcement team does not frequent these forums. The only way to contact them would be if your account has received Enforcement action against it and you are able to
file a case review.

As I said, for an official answer from the enforcement team, you'll need to post in the other forum, but that is what you agree to when you create an account. Microsoft has no way of knowing it is shared in your family because the system is not set up that
way. They have systems in place so that you can share games, content, and gold (on the One) with other accounts, so each person should be able to have their own account.

Not if its a family house hold profile, I have to share it with the house hold including everyone! I can't monitor what my brothers do when I'm not home I couldnt put a password on it because it was a household profile/Xbox, I spent money on your store games
that are rightfully mine, I just want it lifted long enough to switch over the payment liscence so I can have my games on my own personal profile, to hold a it accountable to me is unprofessional, I want my games back is that to difficult for Xbox to do?

Per the terms of service that you agreed to, you are responsible for your account at all times. So it doesn't matter if your brother's were using your account, you are held responsible for it. This is also why it's against the rules to lend accounts. Once
your account is banned, you forfeit everything on your account.
