Enforcement page looping

Hello! I have been dealing with a case review since the 27/04/18. a couple days a go I got an email saying I needed more information for the case. Every time I seem to click to give more info it always loops back to the enforcement homepage.

Complete suspension on ALL xbox accounts and no access to Enforcement review

This is becoming a joke.......

Son received a 2 week Communication suspension on his account and trying to get a review, I could not get to the page to do this as I was put in a loop between Enforcement home page and review page.

Now, my other son and I have suspensions and the Xbox is pretty useless as we are not allowed Live access. We have received no emails from enforcement and checking our accounts on Enforcement page, both accounts are showing clear with no enforcement in place
(my account even tells me that my account has a perfect record!) Again, I can't get into the review page because I am looping from home page to policy acceptance.

Is this what my monthly Gold subscription buys me??

I NEED SUPPORT FROM SOMEONE AT MICROSOFT!!! PLEASE!!

 

"Help us protect your account..." message EVERY TIME

Everytime I enter the security code, it just keeps looping me back to the security page, so annoying!

 

Have you tried multiple browsers and/or cleared your cache on your current browser?

 

I got the same Problem. Gamertag : R0BS90. I tried many different devices and browser. Nothing will work. I also posted about this but nobody answers and the problem isnt solved yet.

 

Try using a different device. If that does not work, I don't know what to say, you may want to contact support, or chat with a volunteer
from the community.
