    Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

    Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

    No one can file a case review for you (that happens only in the case of a child's account and in that case is the parent account doing this). If you have issues with enforcement site try a different browser.

    Definitely check in with enforcement. It may seem like a broken system, but if you make direct contact with the team, theres a good chance this gets lifted sooner than expected because they can look into what happened. What initially happened to you was
    the initial report that the other player potentially made triggered a temporary coms ban. Once enforcement looks at it, good chance of reversal depending on circumstances

    There seem to be an issue with the enforcement page at the moment. Unfortunately I can only advise you wait until it is resolved to get full details of your ban.
