    Hi im looking for some help i received an email the other day to say my sons account has been suspended due to an enforcement. tells me to find out why etc to go to enforcement.xbox.com which i have and when i sign in it doesnt come up with anything and tells me he has a perfect record and has no enforcement in place and there is no orange handshake for me to click on so that i can open a case review. Under reputation it is saying he is a good player but does have feedback saying he is unsporting. any ideas how i can open a case review?

    It's my understanding that the Enforcement team does not follow this forum. May I recommend that you go to and sign in at the "Enforcement Team" webpage and see if you can file for a "Case Review".

    You could as well ask if "normal people" can arrest other people and put them in jail.

    The answer is no.

    Normal people/xbox live players can report people to the police/Xbox Live Enforcement, and then there is an investigation.

    If the police/Xbox Live Enforcement find that the reported person broke the law/Xbox Live Code of Conduct, the police/Xbox Live Enforcement will arrest/suspend the person that broke the rules.

    So normal people can report, but not actually ban people. The banning is done by real people in the Xbox Live Enforcement team after reviewing evidence that is usually automatically sent in with the report.
