Enforcement on cheating user

Many ppl feel frustrated with enforcement team due to the way they process the complaints on cheaters. I have been playing fifa so long, but sobmany times i encounter with cheating users who use the glitches, manipulating the network traffic, lagging, etc...

Note that these things are not related the network issues at all. By using these things, you keep losing games by getting disconnected from ea servers or laggy game (every 2 or 3 seconds your screen freezes, game become unplayable for you, or the cheaters
team moves 2 times faster no matter what you do, or when u do something critical, game freezes (too much coincidence huh?) This makes u very frustrated and you report them but nothing happens since he become ur opponent next day. So, when you vocalize your
frustration with cursing etc... You instantly get 2 weeks suspension when cheater reports you. So, victims victimized by the enforcement team. And, the cheater has a win win situation supported by enforcement team. There is something wrong wih this picture,
right?

Xlive must be safe, fun place for every user, right? Xbox is responsible for providing the platform' safety, good experience and fun for every customer... So, why does the enforcement team do appear as supporting cheaters.? Cheating is stealing the enegy,
the time and fun of us. But, it does not provide it..

Unfortunately sometimes things fall through the cracks, keep reporting people that you honestly believe are cheating. They will investigate thoroughly.

The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive. So they would still be investigating the cheating and if they determine those people have done something to violate the rules, they will take action. Profanity is a lot easier to spot than
cheating so they don't take long to investigate.

In these situations you should dashboard immediately and file a complaint on the users who were cheating and the enforcement team will look into it

Wasn't enforcement united focussed on the offensiveness of gamertags? How can regular users possibly have the tools to judge whether someone cheated or not?
