    I have received a communications ban on my xbox account and i don't know why could someone from the enforcement team please have a look why i have been banned and maybe lift the ban because i haven't done anything myself to receive a ban.

    Enforcement not lifting my communication ban after its done please lift it

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

    I've had the same issue for about 2 months,

    Sad to say that I'm trading my Xbox in and snagging a PS4, tired of crumby customer support with little to no help at all and constantly having to struggle through hours of hoops and wild chases just to come to the conclusion that there is no answer at all.

    I'm done with microsoft.

    Unbanned but still banned?

    I believe you have not been successfully unbanned and there is still a communications ban on your Xbox Live account by the enforcement team. There is nothing you can do to lift that ban unfortunately if it is permanent, however if not permanent you should
    see your communications ban lifted after a couple of days, weeks, or months even. I hope this answers your question.
