    I had an xbox enforcement where it limited my changing of my profile and gamer picture. It has ended nearly a week ago but I still don't have access to changing my profile?

    Enforcement Not Ending

    Hello, my account had it suspensions lifted as of 11/17 (and when I check on the enforcement website, I have nothing against me) however, I cannot access anything on my account. No messages or Xbox content.

    enforcement ban not ending after end date

    Try removing the account from the console and re adding it. Also check enforcement.xbox.com to be sure you haven't had further action on your account.

    If neither of those help contact official support for further assistance support.xbox.com/contact-us

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

    Just follow the Code of Conduct, it is that simple.

    Does the code of conduct disallow you to send someone a message saying "idiot" on an 18+ game? If it's that simple then why is the game even an 18+ if you can't mildly insult someone, Old Freak?
    The Code of Conduct is in effect for parties and messages just the same.

    All communications have to follow the Code of Conduct and be rated "E" for everyone.

    Your friends can report you, or something could have been found while another report was being investigated.

    this has also happened to me I've spoke to support and they have said the ban is longer than what enforcement said it to be was supposed to end yesterday the 30th but they said on there end it says it's running till the 24th of December I have no active
    enforcements on the page and cannot submit a case review either because it says I have no suspensions active on the enforcment page

    can we please make this whole process simple and be notified of an extension through email or the website, or should we keep having support tell us to use a website that clearly doesn't help?
