Enforcement needs to get a live support

Discus and support Enforcement needs to get a live support in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Its not fair that we can only put in a case review we should be able to talk to them in person does any one know if that's even possible?     Enforcement needs to get a live support


    Its not fair that we can only put in a case review we should be able to talk to them in person does any one know if that's even possible? I'm trying to get my account cleared but I have no button to file a case review and I'd like to talk to the enforcement
    team

    my xbox got banned

    xbox live support can be pretty useful.. but they will not discuss bans. You need to find a way to get intact with xbox live enforcement team. But if you got console banned, that means you have done something before. And you would see where they would think you are the hacker or "cheater".

    Wanting to further my duties with Xbox Live Enforcement United

    The only way to further your duties would be to get a job at Microsoft working for the enforcement team.

    Enforcement needs to get a live support

    Filing for a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    There's no other way due to privacy & a phone number or chat feature would just get spammed & abused.

    Not all enforcement actions are eligible for case review.Try clearing your cookies or using a different web browser.

    Simple solution is don't violate the ToU/CoC & you wont get suspended so would have no need to contact the enforcement team.

    That should be your real question

    It is not due to

    1 they actually have jobs to do protecting the xbox live users from rule breakers

    2 it prevents harassment they do have jobs to do and they are doing it corrextly

    3 and the most important that you don't realize

    Unmoderated.methods like open chats orphaned numbers would.be useless as spammers would.spam.the lines and you'd never get thru Southey can harass.their way to.reversing a decision

    As daft mentioned

    No online services allows direct contact with any enforcement team it is ALWAYS moderated via forums or websites to prevent spamming harassment

    Halo MCC Temp ban first match??

    was it a game ban or an actual Xbox live ban, if a game ban then you would need to contact 343, if a live ban then you need to go to the enforcement site to check as support are not allowed to handle enforcement issues.

    The enforcement team are the only ones that can handle this situation at the moment. So you would need to hear back from them to see if you can get the ban reduced or lifted.
