Enforcement needs a change...

I get team killed and message the person calling them a "****" and then IMMEDIATELY get banned from communications while this player just does what they want with no consequences and the Enforcement wont even listen to anything us players are saying!

Enforcement Needs Changes ASAP

This whole 'Enforcement' system is awful, this is the second time I have been mass reported by players and now my reputation is 'Avoid Me' which makes queue times six hour waits, and I can't do anything about it. Currently my account is communications banned
so I'm trying to use the ban (which I admit I deserve) to get my reputation back by submitting a case review. The problem? Well not only can you not request a reset or redemption of your reputation, you also can't do anything against mass reports, and I can't
even get into the case review to submit one. I've passed the quiz twice, nothing worked, so I did it again. Failed ONE question that made no sense "My gamertag is who i am, I should care what others think about it," was the question. I said false. I was wrong.
Literally the last 2-3 questions were about what NOT to put in your gamertag, so if you are avoiding everything you shouldn't put in a gamertag, why should you care what others think?

This system seems either hastily thrown together, or not tested in the slightest. I read a question wrong a few times until I finally understood what it was asking. But even though 11/12 questions were right, it doesn't matter. I failed. Like I said previously,
I passed it twice but that didn't matter either.

The description of the reputation even has the gall to say this little gem:

How do you stop people from unfairly manipulating my reputation score?
The reputation system is designed to be resilient and to prevent abuse from other players. There are a number of protections put in place to ensure that other users are not unfairly affecting your reputation score. Reputation takes into account a wide range
of data points, of which community feedback is only one component. However, in order to ensure the security and integrity of the reputation system and Xbox Live, we cannot divulge specific reputation protections.



I literally had someone send me a message saying he had his whole team report me, simply because I hadn't played a character he liked, I reported him for mass reporting me since there is no way to stop people from doing these kinds of things. A day later
I get a similar message from another person. They all reported me for being 'Unsporting' (there are 22 reports of this in one month), and since again, I cannot do anything to defend myself, it makes this system a giant tattletale system. It's like middleschool
and it's pathetic.

So what should be changed? How about some way to avoid getting bad rep, or removing reputation all-together. Currently the system is being exploited and even if Xbox dares say they are handling false reporting, they cannot say there is a system in place
for false reporting. I'm tired of being mass reported. But since this will never see the light of day, this is more a rant than a discussion.

Edit: I checked my reputation again, they don't even update it. It still says i'm in good standing, though my account is actually in 'Avoid Me'

I agree entirely when i went to review my case and it was asking me questions one of them was "my avatar is purple so nobody will care it looks cool" so i'm thinking yeah sure true why not right? Apparently no, so i failed because I've never really customized
my avatar, apparently there is no purple skin? i guess if you have it you modded or something that is hardly a fair or relevant question honestly. I also laughed when i saw what you said about the whole thing being a "tattletale system" i thought that was
absolutely spot on, all the kids running to daddy Microsoft rather then there parents doing the parenting.

 

if you send abusive messages then you will get banned from communications and the enforcement team have the evidence in front of them of you sending an abusive message, they don't have the footage of a team kill before it. all they have is you sending the
abusive message.

its best not to rise to situations like that.

it may have been someone new to the game , a mistake or someone that did do it on purpose but it still put you in the wrong for the message
