Enforcement need to ask something

Ok i just got a message from the Enforcemnt team to where i can not talk or message anyone on xbox like so i looked it up and it saying i broke the code of conduct after i told a kid who was spamming me and cursing me out and a lot of **** talking to shut
up and i put a report it and blocked him and im the one who gets punished i want to know why

i belive i have been perma banned for wrong reasons and i would like to chat to someone at enforcmen

i just need to ask somethings enforcement my account is puncakesnipez

 

My account Nu ThunderZ got permanently banned

in this case he needs to do something else actually

For compromised access case he must contact support and ask for a unauthorized access case the global escalations team will work with enforcement on enforcement issues on compromiaed.account issues

And yes he has to have proof provided by the tier 3 team which they would.provide to the enforcement team and yes they are separate groups

I have but what i am asking is why is it im the one who gets the suspension for telling a kid to leave me alot no cursing or not being rude or anything and they report me i get the band but i will report them for spamming cursing and nothing happens to them
i even block and mute them. this is becoming unfair to bring up a good point some kid who follows my friends joins the party im in and start talking trash and making fun of my mother for suicide and i report this kid a lot and nothing happens to him but when
i tell him to shut up they band me yea real fair. and yes i block him and mute him but the kid makes like 30 accounts to keep going and i reported them all

 

As long as you file complaints on them, the enforcement team will investigate them. You may not know if/when they get a suspension/ban
