    Enforcement, my son is banned for reporting threat


    Hi,

    I have gone through my sons communication and as far as I can see he has not done anything wrong.

    He was being threatened and reported it, so why was he banned?

    Point being that because of this he is not likely to report anyone again. Not the best way to improve the behaviour of the players?

    I really can't see any other reason why he would have been suspended although I don't think that is a valid reason.

    Looks like your son has been banned for modding.

    Phone support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement & what he told you about reporting another user is complete rubbish.

    To get an official answer as to why your son was banned you need to post here
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

    It's the only place the enforcement team can be contacted.

    You have done everything you can by reporting him via the console. If you feel that your life is really at threat contact you local law enforcement.

    I have evidence of a group getting together and attempting to have me mass reported in effort to have my Xbox account terminated. Trying to figure out what steps I should take.

    If you've done nothing wrong then you wont get banned.

    Photo evidence can be tampered with which is why the enforcement team don't accept it.

    If these threats were made over xbox live just report them & the enforcement team can see everything they've done

    Hi Katie Peter,

    Check out the Enforcement
    website for an explanation on the different types of enforcement action that can be taken against a user. It would not be down to the kids banning him but them reporting your son and the enforcement team investigating and taking action.

    How long has your son been banned for? A case review can only be submitted for bans that are longer than 24 hours in length.

    My son was permanent banned because someone told him make fake recovery account and guess someone span report him now I never heard of a recovery account the funny part is the same person that reported him was a Modder son account is [mod removed]. Xbox
