hello. my name is Jaden Stevens, gamertag . i was goofing off with my bud while playing on my xbox. we always say some funny stuff to eachother because we are close friends. he reported me as a joke but he feels bad because i got 2 bans. i can
have him verify to you what happened. His gamertag is KentuckyxOUTLAW and you can see he reported and will verify this is all true. i already submit a case review. thanks!

Enforcement Mistake?

I've received a 24 hour suspension when it comes to customizing my Xbox Live profile. The reason given was inappropriate gamer picture, as i checked the reasons why i got hit with this action was as explained "due
to nudity or sexual content, extreme violence, profane or offensive terms or gestures, references to notorious people or organizations, references to sensitive current or historical events, controversial content, or other inappropriate references"

But when i checked back, the picture i used didn't fall under any of these. Would anyone be able to help?

Every report gets investigated before a suspension is issued. Keep in mind that the reporting tool is important to the service and not means of amusement.

Xbox Enforcement doesn't use the forums and the only way is to submit a case review (that you've already done) or wait out the ban.
