Enforcement misjudged my content

Hello,

Today I uploaded a custom video through xbox app beta, a video for my club. An hour later I received a message that I got a strike from the Xbox Enforcement.

This is the message:

The offending content was removed.
This account created an inappropriate video or game clip. This may be due to harassment, negative speech towards a person or group, nudity or sexual content, extreme violence, profane or offensive
terms or gestures, references to notorious people or organizations, references to sensitive current or historical events, controversial content, or other inappropriate references.

Now my question is how is this even possible? When my video contains juste cutscenes from The Division 2 and the music that I used is a remix.

In no way I'm infringing any copyrights or other violations listed in the Enforcement Description.

I uploaded a few months ago another video and it did go through, why this one was blocked?

I can't even open a Case Review because it's not eligible. This is so unfair. Can someone please help me contact an agent from the Enforcement so they can find a solution to this and help me upload my video please?

It was the song choice, probably it was copyrighted. So I ended up finding another remix that was almost similar, and it did upload. Thanks !

All games that go on sale have a ESRB rating by law ie E for everyone or M for Mature etc

Xbox live does not have a ESRB has its a service not a game. Has per the terms of the service all content has too be kept in the eyes that kids and everyone use the service.

For example a nude sence in a game would likly cause a M or A rating if you recoreded that then shown that on your feed for everyone too see that is seen has sharing nudity on xbox live then tho its from a game on there service. The game is rated the service
is not

Maybe the system is faulty at some times.

I'm gonna try put another remix song see if it's the song that was copyrighted or not. Ill get back here if it's solved or not.

It could be a music copyright thing that's the issue. As mentioned though only Enforcement would know this. I definitely wouldn't upload it again though
