    Enforcement Lasting Longer Than Designated Times


    Ive been temporarily banned for a message I sent. Just banned for the day. However, now that the time has expired, I am still unable to voice chat, send or recieve messages, or utilize groups. Anybody know how to resolve the issue? The ban ended at 12:54
    am this morning. Its been nearly 12 hours since the ban shouldve ended.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on suspension. You most likely have a console ban. These will not show in your enforcement page list unfortunately. You can go to the

    Enforcement page     and look over console bans. As there is nothing more we can do here on the forums. I will be locking this thread.

    For any enforcement actions on your account you will have to visit our
    Enforcement website. You will be able to submit a case review for enforcement actions lasting longer than a day.

    The enforcement team will not review a 24 hour suspension. It takes longer for them to review it than the suspension lasts. All you can do is wait it out.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums and they do not review 24 hour suspensions (the review process would last longer than the suspension). You'll have to wait out the suspension.
