    My primary issues is that I have never been able to appeal my suspension. Sure, one can try a case review (rarely works) but even those are unjust. One has a finite number of characters to explain context and intent. Enforcement Team, don't you see the inherent
    injustice in that? Your mission statement mentions that context matters, yet there is not an in depth inquiry into the context of the situations i.e. you do not really contact the parties involved to determine the context of the dispute? Furthermore, you are
    an offline entity. You do not have a chat or phone call capabilities. If your case review judgment was wrong and needs further information, how are affected parties supposed to contact you? I know that you won't see this, like many of the other posts on these
    forums, but please get back to me. I want to advocate on the behalf of all those who have been, and continue to be affected by this issue.

    Massive issue with the Xbox enforcement team

    So, recently I have been permanently banned by the Xbox enforcement team, I am not here to complain that I didn't deserve the ban or that I didn't do anything wrong, I deserve it. Anyways I have a pretty big complaint about what happens to your account after you have been permanently banned, when you try to sign into your account it just simply will not let you sign into it, not bad right that's part of a ban? But when you make a whole new account and try to play any games that you downloaded on your banned account you can't play them. This is listed in their Terms Of Service (TOS) that if you get permanently banned you forfeit all licence you owned with those games. This is an issue because Microsoft does not have the right to just take away content that you purchased because you broke their rules. That is like the police taking ownership of your house and all of your possessions because you got sent to jail. They should not be able to do that, they should not be able to take away all of your belongings and your hard earned money or money you have saved up over the months, I have around 30 Dollars left on that account with the 400 Dollars worth of games, skins, and other downloadable content I have purchased over the years and something needs to be done about this, they can't just simply say that it's written down in their TOS and that is the rules because as far as I know this isn't legal in the United States at least.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums & they wont contact you.

    The only way to contact them is via a case review on the enforcement site

    but not all bans/suspensions are eligible.

    Any report is thoroughly investigated before any action is issued.

  5. That's another issue; I have used the case review, which is inherently unfair. How do I get ahold of enforcement then? After talking to Xbox support for several hours yesterday, they told me that my best chance would be to post on the forums. Now you're
    telling me that the enforcement team is not on the forums? Is there no interplay between the departments at Microsoft? A billion dollar company can't solve a simple issue, which is to provide support to all users with issues? It doesn't take an Ivy League
    degree to figure that out.

    I have don't the case review. I have used my finite number of characters to explain a complex issue. The problem is that if I believe a mistake has been made, I cannot discuss the issue further with the team the issued my punishment. I can't call them, email
    them, etc. What am I supposed to do then? One branch of Microsoft tells me to use the forums, and a user tells me that enforcement doesn't use the forums. This ineptitude would impress the government.

    Finally, you tell me that any report is thoroughly investigated. How is an issue thoroughly investigated when the accused party does not really have a chance to defend or explain his or herself? I know that the constitution does not apply to private conduct,
    but take a page of the legal system and give the accused parties a right to explain behavior and intent! 200 characters (or whatever the arbitrary number is) is not enough! Why isn't there an appeals process? A case review is a poor measurement system. Please
    explain. Don't give me cliched answers. Explain how this is fair, or if you don't like that word, then efficient?

    no you don't understand there is no justification for a breaking the terms of use

    If you can't explain it in 500 characters then you aren't doing it right

    You must keep everything rated e for everyone

    Regardless of who started the fighting

    If you are fighting and retailiated in anyway to break the terms of use then the issue isn't the service it's you and your behaviour

    If you are telling your bank to charged back without telling Xbox then that's fraud also a clear violation

    there is good interloperly between departments but you just don't understand it

    Only tier 3 and higher have direct access too pet for good reason

    Only t3 has any access to the data that pet had

    Customer support or billing has no bearing on Online interactions

    If you are trying to say the other personstarted the fight and you retailiated in a bad way you do realize that the ban is still valid right ?

    It doesn't matter who starts the fight you retailiate in anyway that violates the terms of use you will be punished and correctly

    If the other person curse they will be punished also but you will be not informed of any action not of your account

    WWht would emailing chafing or calling them do ?

    Those would be useless and wouldn't solve your problem they would be dealin with spam or spam requests just like you are doing noe

    I don't think you get it

    Those things can be spammed

    Meaning even if they exist a billion dollar company wouldn't be able to cojtrol those

    There is a reason why it's a controlled chat

    You cant inquirers more then once

    People would spam the phone Ines or chat or email you would never be able to get thru

    It's not rocketscience

    No online service allows for direct access to enforcement it's always is moderated forum of some sortsort

    You may only ask once just once

    Anf if you can't do it in 590 characters then you are trying to circumvent the syten

    There is no justification for a violation of the terms of use if you are trying to copy and paste the fight doesn't matter a violation is a violation nothing makes you immune from punishment

    I agree that chat/phone support are very ill informed when it comes to the forums.They often send people here when they shouldn't.

    It's been going on for years & I doubt it'll change.

  10. That's maybe because the Xbox Technical team don't know anymore what to do with people that got perma banned by the Enforcement team and the decision was upheld. They are giving them false hope that this forum is there only last resort.

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET when a suspension is decided. In your case you have already filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld so all you can do now is read the Code of Conduct and wait out your suspension.

    So any enforcement member ypu need to look at all our accounts and unlock the avoid bs. Ban peoples chat not their ability to play thats not what you do to paying customers.
