    I have had an xbox live account for over a decade now, and I have kept a perfect record the entire time. I was hit with a communication ban today out of the blue. I have absolutely no idea what from, and I checked the enforcement.xbox page. I checked the
    enforcement history on my account it says I was banned for "communication" and that is it. There is no proof showing I did anything. I called microsoft support and was HUNG UP ON TWICE. I have had many friends getting banned recently as well. I looked it up
    and saw that there is an "Enforcement United" beta. It allows gold members to vote on enforcement issues. I have a suspicion that this system is being severely abused. I find it sad that I can just be randomly banned with ABSOLUTELY no reason, nor any proof
    of anything that I did. I'm building a PC soon and I am saying adios to xbox live if they don't fix these issues. I understand a faulty enforcement system, but to ignore that it's a problem and hang up on a customer that's been a gold member for over a decade
    is ridiculous. THANKS MICROSOFT for ruining my xbox live experience.

    Massive issue with the Xbox enforcement team

    So, recently I have been permanently banned by the Xbox enforcement team, I am not here to complain that I didn't deserve the ban or that I didn't do anything wrong, I deserve it. Anyways I have a pretty big complaint about what happens to your account after you have been permanently banned, when you try to sign into your account it just simply will not let you sign into it, not bad right that's part of a ban? But when you make a whole new account and try to play any games that you downloaded on your banned account you can't play them. This is listed in their Terms Of Service (TOS) that if you get permanently banned you forfeit all licence you owned with those games. This is an issue because Microsoft does not have the right to just take away content that you purchased because you broke their rules. That is like the police taking ownership of your house and all of your possessions because you got sent to jail. They should not be able to do that, they should not be able to take away all of your belongings and your hard earned money or money you have saved up over the months, I have around 30 Dollars left on that account with the 400 Dollars worth of games, skins, and other downloadable content I have purchased over the years and something needs to be done about this, they can't just simply say that it's written down in their TOS and that is the rules because as far as I know this isn't legal in the United States at least.

    That's maybe because the Xbox Technical team don't know anymore what to do with people that got perma banned by the Enforcement team and the decision was upheld. They are giving them false hope that this forum is there only last resort.

    lol you might want to read the rest of enforcement United faq because you are missing the important part

    Enforcement United is a community based review system for Enforcement action however votes are not final say

    It is tallied and forwarded to the pet team and sent to multiple teams for further review so ambassadors don't have final say on enforcement matters lollolwe just help cut down the workload of research the ones in enforcement United and FYI it's a lot of
    work

    That's why I try and avoid it

    But pet still have final say on issuing the bans

    Enforcement United means the ambassadors members have to have no enforcement history and be active in the enforcement United beta

    ToTo find out why and not nessarily proof

    You need to file a case review

    If the msg has a curse word they won't tell you what word was as a they are also bound by the rules

    IfIf you filed and it was upheld all you can do is change your behaviour

    Too bad it is only 24 hours so I can not dispute it. Regardless of how Enforcement United works, it does not change my issue with the enforcement system. I recieved an unwarranted ban with no proof, or record of anything I did. I also do not talk in game
    chat at all. I heard when you get banned you are supposed to be able to see what it is you are banned for. The page simply states "communication" as the reason for being banned. There is absolutely no other information anywhere as to why I was banned, simply
    "communication". This is a serious issue in the enforcement system.

    The only way to contact the enforcement team is via the case review process on
    enforcement.xbox.com. However 24hr bans are not eligible.

    As for the Enforcement United beta, is has been out of use for some time now and does not have any impact on enforcement today.

    Enforcement Issue

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET when a suspension is decided. In your case you have already filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld so all you can do now is read the Code of Conduct and wait out your suspension.

    So any enforcement member ypu need to look at all our accounts and unlock the avoid bs. Ban peoples chat not their ability to play thats not what you do to paying customers.
