Enforcement Issues

Hi,i was recently perma-banned 2 days ago on my main account,since then i have tried to submit a case review,but after typing out a essay I hit submit and it told me there was tech. difficulty, ive tried off my phone,and pc both many times,can anyone help?

Massive issue with the Xbox enforcement team

So, recently I have been permanently banned by the Xbox enforcement team, I am not here to complain that I didn't deserve the ban or that I didn't do anything wrong, I deserve it. Anyways I have a pretty big complaint about what happens to your account after you have been permanently banned, when you try to sign into your account it just simply will not let you sign into it, not bad right that's part of a ban? But when you make a whole new account and try to play any games that you downloaded on your banned account you can't play them. This is listed in their Terms Of Service (TOS) that if you get permanently banned you forfeit all licence you owned with those games. This is an issue because Microsoft does not have the right to just take away content that you purchased because you broke their rules. That is like the police taking ownership of your house and all of your possessions because you got sent to jail. They should not be able to do that, they should not be able to take away all of your belongings and your hard earned money or money you have saved up over the months, I have around 30 Dollars left on that account with the 400 Dollars worth of games, skins, and other downloadable content I have purchased over the years and something needs to be done about this, they can't just simply say that it's written down in their TOS and that is the rules because as far as I know this isn't legal in the United States at least.

 

Enforcement Issues

That's maybe because the Xbox Technical team don't know anymore what to do with people that got perma banned by the Enforcement team and the decision was upheld. They are giving them false hope that this forum is there only last resort.

 

Were you logged into the Enforcement page with the banned account game tag? Have you tried a different browser on the PC? MS Edge seems to work for some.

There seem to be issues for the last few weeks with logging into the page and filing reports.

Since these are Community Forums and most people here are users like yourself, all we can do is make suggestions. The only way to deal with a ban is through the Enforcement page and no one here can help with that beyond what I have said.

 

See i am a livestreamer so i get false reported all the time,the issue im having is directly with the website,i have this account registered as a famliy account to keep my real one secure,so i can file it from this one

 

So the account you are posting on here which shows as Silver is the top account with the account that was banned a child of that account?

You do know that in the case of a ban, either account or console, that false reports are discarded and don't factor into any Enforcement action, live streamer or not? An account ban is never automated.
