    Hi there,

    I have had a history of false suspension in 2015 and this still prevents me from enrolling on to certain xbox content 'due to history enforcement actions.'

    Back in 2015 I had the enforcement ban (with the orange hammer) on the enforcement website but it did not register that my account had a suspension. This prevented me from filing a case for review which damaged my profile of course because I have that ban
    forever and will never be an Xbox ambassador again.

    Because of this unusual issue I was unable to contact enforcement (Because this can only be done through a case review) and xbox support do not answer questions regarding enforcement. The ban was only a month but now I am 100% not eligible for a case review
    (Since in been 5 years now). I do not know who to speak to. I want access to additional content and go back to helping xbox users as an ambassador. Could anyone help with this?

    Enforcement Issue

    Every report gets investigated by XBLPET when a suspension is decided. In your case you have already filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld so all you can do now is read the Code of Conduct and wait out your suspension.

    If the enforcement team upheld the decision, you have to wait out the suspension.

    This is what I want unless you guys can give real information pertaining to our problem, you ambassadors shouldnt comment, we are looking for real enforcement fixes and not the same answers you guys give. What I dont understand is that someone sees that
    this is a major issue atm, and they are showing lack of care gor customers.

    So any enforcement member ypu need to look at all our accounts and unlock the avoid bs. Ban peoples chat not their ability to play thats not what you do to paying customers.
