    Enforcement issues and no support contact


    Why is it that Microsoft support sucks so bad. Especially enforcement support. It is so difficult to locate anywhere on the website to speak with an actual human agent. For instance, I was playing a video game today "Dayz". I messaged a handful of players on the server. This resulted in a 2 day suspension with no explanation of what the ban was for nor any information other than "community guidelines weren't followed". Mind you I have done this same on multiple other occasions, messaging a mass of people on a server with no issue before. When attempting to find an answer for why I was banned or to attempt an appeal I was met with no ability to appeal and the only customer support is with an AI chat bot. I just think Microsoft has no care to actually take enforcement seriously and it's ridiculous.

    If it's a game suspension. Only then you nerd to take it up with the developer

    You have to goto enforcement.xbox.com for any appeal

    Keep in mind 48hour suspensions are NOT appealable as you need to have 72 hours response time and it would.be already over

    There is no appeal on any other service not Nintendo or sony it's one strike thats it

    Enforcement isn't a customer support issue they are an offline team

    Enforcement is not part of support nor can support help with enforcement issues

    There is only ONE method to contact enforcement and that's the moderated website and there is only one appeal that sit

    A case review through the enforcement site is the only way to contact the enforcement team. Regular Xbox support do not handle enforcement issues.

    why You do it?

    Again, this does NOT appear to be an enforcement issue, but an issue with message filtering. If it was an enforcement issue however, contacting support would serve no purpose, it would have to be the enforcement.xbox.com site.

    Having the same issue. No help :/ I contacted support a few times and there's no where on enforcement page to email the enforcement team.
