Enforcement issue

On 12/30 I () was playing GTA online, someone had started a VIP work mission, and so I went to join in, and attempt to finish it. Twin Turbo 1994 was also involved in the VIP work mission. During which, I killed him and his partner multiple
times, and halted their mission for about 10 minutes. Afterwards, I flew off to go do my own thing seeing as how the mission was over, I had no more business with him so I moved on. Twin Turbo then followed me for about an hour through this server and others,
and everytime he showed up, I bested him.

Now during all of this he was sending me messages (through rockstars in game messaging) harassing me, and telling me he won't stop till I leave the game. Finally I got pissed off and let him kill me, then sent him a message through the microsoft messaging
asking if he felt better now that I let him kill me, he then reports the message, and I received a 24 hr communication ban for being the victim of harassment.

I called xbox support and was told that I had to wait to file a Case review until after my an because it was only 24 hours. I received this ban at 8:50AM EST 12/31/16. My ban is now over. I attempted to file a review and the website would not let me.
When I called support to figure out why, I was told that the SUPERVISOR I spoke with (because the Rep I was speaking to was beyond disrespectful) had lied to me and there is no way to file a case review for a Communication ban of only 24 hours.

I need someone from enforcement to call me, email me, text me, I don't care what, but to contact me because I refuse to have this on my record simply because some scrub got pissed off that he got bested in a video game. I refuse to allow this to be on my
record, god forbid something like this happens again, I face a permanent suspension just because that's in my history, and I will take this to court if that's what it comes down to. I don't care about the fact that I was being harassed, I can move on with
my life, I simply want this taken off my record. And as my history will show, I have no prior history of problems like this, and have had Xbox Live since the first year the 360 came out.

And a ban is anything impeding on full use of a paid service, so yes its a ban when service in impeded on!!!

Again blocking someone shouldnt affect rep, which it is, if someone doesnt want to play with you cause they itty bitty feewings got hirt then cool shouldnt effect the other person. Two been playing games before you were born ngocphi, and i have 5 maxed characters
in wow. This is the only enforcement like this out of any video gamensystem uncluding PC.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. The only way to contact them is by submitting a case review, but as you've already been told, it is not possible to submit a review on 24 hour suspensions (it takes longer for them to review than the suspension
itself).

 

So basically, because they don't feel like dealing with this, (which this is how I was told to get in touch with them by the last rep I talked to) I can be perma banned simply because someone else gets pissed off that they were bested, and all I can do at
this point is hope for the best?

 

The suspension may not have even been for the date you're thinking of. Investigations take time so it could have been for something that happened weeks or months ago. As long as you don't do anything to violate the code of conduct/terms of use, you'll be
fine. If you are being harrassed by someone, file a complaint on them and block them. It's best not to message them at all.
